Teams
Organise in four steps
No guild needed. Make a team on Guild Hive, bring friends from any guild, and run your events from one place.
-
Log in with Battle.net
Your characters come with you, whichever guild they are in โ or none.
-
Create a team
A team is a group you make on Guild Hive. It isnโt part of anyoneโs WoW guild. Pick a name โ the realm is optional.
-
Send the invite link
Share one link. Friends who arenโt signed in yet can ask to join right after they log in, and you decide who gets in.
-
Connect Discord
Install the bot on your server in a click. Your events post there with sign-up buttons.
Everyone sees your events on one calendar, with reminders on their devices and in Discord.
We can also do this
Your guild, organized.
Guild Hive keeps your roster, events, and Discord in sync automatically โ so your officers spend less time on spreadsheets and more time raiding.
Discord
Your events live where your guild already talks
Install the bot with one click โ pick your server and it connects itself. There is no token to create, and one shared bot serves every guild.
- Events post as full-width embeds with spec icons, role counts and a live sign-up list.
- Members RSVP with buttons inside Discord. They never have to open the site to sign up.
- Ping a role when an event goes up, and post to the channel you choose.
- A sign-up deadline shows a live countdown on the post while there is still time to fix a shortfall.
Roster
Four sources, each owning what it actually knows
A guild roster is not one dataset. Guild Hive keeps the sources separate so none of them overwrites another.
Blizzard decides who is in the guild
Membership and rank come straight from the Battle.net API, checked hourly. Somebody who leaves is removed on their own โ no officer has to remember.
The addon fills in what the API cannot see
Notes, officer notes, last online, achievements and zone are not in Blizzardโs roster endpoint at all. An officer pushes an export from the GuildRosterExport addon and those appear.
Raider.IO covers performance
Mythic+ score, raid progress, item level and active spec, refreshed every hour.
Members own what no API knows
Which character is their main, what they play, what they are up for. Player-set fields are never overwritten by a sync.
The addon push is done by an officer from their browser, and automatic file watching only works on Chromium โ Firefox and Safari use a file picker. Everything else works without the addon at all.
On your phone
Install it like an app, get reminded like one
Guild Hive is a progressive web app. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens without a browser bar, remembers you, and can reach you when it is closed.
- Installs from the browser โ no app store, no download, and it updates itself.
- Event reminders arrive as push notifications even when the app is shut, so nobody misses an invite.
- Sign up, check the roster and read guild news from a phone; the panels reflow for a small screen.
On iPhone and iPad, notifications need Guild Hive added to the Home Screen first. That is an Apple rule, and the app says so when you turn them on.
Dashboard
Officers lay it out the way they work
Every panel drags, resizes and minimises, and the arrangement is remembered per character. What each rank can even see is yours to set.
And the rest of it
Event scheduling
RSVPs, spec and role composition, tank/healer/DPS limits, and recurring events โ planned and tracked in one place.
Guild news
Post raid plans, recruitment or anything the guild should see on the site rather than only in a Discord channel that scrolls away. Written in Markdown, and who can post is a permission you set.
Guild rules
One page your members can look up instead of asking โ raid attendance, loot rules, how ranks work. It stays put, unlike a pinned message.
Guests
Share a link and let people outside the guild sign up for an event with a verified Battle.net character โ no account needed.
Attendance & leaderboards
Attendance is tracked across seasons, with leaderboards to show who shows up.
Per-rank permissions
Every action is gated by guild rank and enforced on the server โ not just hidden in the interface.
Recent updates
An M+ Verdict and a Raid Verdict, and Average
October 2026Sharper verdicts in Discover โ Players.
- A check gives two verdicts: one on the characterโs keys and one on their raid kills, each by its own lines. Each verdictโs reasons sit under its own name. A side with nothing logged is left out.
- Average, the verdict between Legit and Boosted: below the rest of the group in most fights, but not far enough below for Boosted. Mixed is now only for fights that split about evenly.
- Not enough logs is counted for keys and raid kills apart, starting at two of each, since a check reads three keys and three bosses. /admin sets the two counts.
Carry, and Boosted
October 2026A new verdict in Discover โ Players, and clearer words for the old ones.
- Carry, the verdict above Legit: far above the rest of the group in most fights, in groups that score lower than them. It is what the logs show of a great player, or of one running boosts for others. It is off until it is switched on in /admin, where its lines are set: how far above the other DPS a key or a raid kill must be, and a far-above line for each healer and tank measure.
- While Carry is on, the verdictโs reasons count the fights far above the group, beside those far below.
- Carried is now called Boosted, so it doesnโt mix with Carry. The rule behind it is the same.
The Checkโs Card in Colour, and Key Progress
October 2026A small addition to Discover โ Players.
- The numbers at the top of a check are coloured too. The M+ score takes Raider.IOโs colours, as the roster shows it. Average DPS, HPS and utility go green when they beat half of their role in those fights, amber from a quarter to half, and red below that.
- Item level is set against the rest of the group in each key they ran, at the time: green with them or above, amber up to 5 under, red further under. The gap shows beneath it. Raid progress is green for Mythic, amber for Heroic and red for Normal.
- A line under the verdictโs reasons says what their colours mean.
