We collect the following types of information when you use our Service:

• Authentication Data: Battle.net account information when you sign in via Blizzard's OAuth.
• World of Warcraft Character Data: Character name, realm, faction, class, level, and specialisation retrieved via the Blizzard API.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used.
• Event Data: Event names, descriptions, dates, times, sign-ups, and role assignments you create.

We do NOT collect: Passwords, payment information, real names, or physical addresses.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• To store and display guild events and character information
• To track event sign-ups and role assignments
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Convex (a backend-as-a-service platform). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

• Infrastructure Providers: Convex, as our backend hosting provider, has access to servers where data is stored.
• Blizzard API: Data may be retrieved from and transmitted to Blizzard Entertainment's APIs.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Safety: We may share data if necessary to prevent harm or illegal activity.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. No automatic deletion currently occurs. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, consistent with World of Warcraft's minimum age requirements.
