1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Guild Hive ("the Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Guild Hive, you must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid Battle.net account. You must also comply with Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Service

Guild Hive is a web application designed to help World of Warcraft guilds manage, schedule, and coordinate in-game events. It provides features including event creation and management, sign-up tracking, role assignment, and World of Warcraft character data display. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Engage in any activity that could harm, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the Service in violation of Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by its developers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. World of Warcraft, WoW, Battle.net, and all related names and logos are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
